Super Tri Injectable – Papaverine 150 mg / Phentolamine 10 mg / Alprostadil 100 mcg/mL – 5 mL Vial is a compounded intracavernosal injection (ICI) formulation used for diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It combines three vasoactive agents to induce penile erection via smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow. Papaverine 150 mg/mL – A non-specific phosphodiesterase inhibitor that relaxes penile smooth muscle and increases arterial inflow. Phentolamine 10 mg/mL – A non-selective alpha-adrenergic antagonist that reduces sympathetic tone, promoting vasodilation in the corpora cavernosa. Alprostadil 100 mcg/mL – A prostaglandin E1 analog that stimulates cyclic AMP production, causing smooth muscle relaxation and erection.
