Sildenafil/ Tadalifil 100/20mg Troche

Sildenafil / Tadalafil 100 mg / 20 mg Troche is a compounded sublingual formulation combining two phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). Sildenafil 100 mg – Inhibits PDE5 in the corpus cavernosum, enhancing nitric oxide–mediated vasodilation and improving blood flow to support erections during sexual stimulation. Tadalafil 20 mg – Also a PDE5 inhibitor, with a longer half-life than sildenafil, providing extended efficacy and allowing more spontaneity in sexual activity. The troche (sublingual) format allows for rapid absorption through the oral mucosa, faster onset of action, and bypass of first-pass hepatic metabolism compared to oral tablets.
